A chronological error means that you found the answer to question No.1 under No.6. In this case, you had 10 issues and you attempted to respond to six, and the answers are all irrelevant to the questions posed. My ruling is that you need to respond to the questions that were put to you. The Chairperson should not have difficulty with that because he has owned that by tabling the report, he has attempted to answer the questions."
