    "content": "Thank you Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. Pursuant to Senate Standing Order No.45(2)(b); on Wednesday, 20th July, 2016, Sen. Kagwe requested for a Statement regarding the upgrading and the elevation of some former provincial schools to national school status. The Senator requested the Chairperson to state: 1) The number of national schools and the list of such schools per county in the country. The answer to that is; the number of former provincial schools elevated to national status is 85 going by the list of schools per county. I have 47 counties, with your permission, I can go through it."
