    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. With all due respect, we are now making reference to a document which all of us have. Is it in order for the Chairperson of the Committee on Information and Technology to keep misleading this House and the nation that there is a specific complementary system that they are making reference to when the Report I have here, on page 12(47) actually under that subtitle of use of complementary mechanism says:- “To introduce a complementary mechanism for identification of voters and transmission of election results that is simple, accurate, verifiable, secure and accountable.” It does not actually state as he is stating here that it is an electronic system. He is misleading the House."
