It is not usual that you preside over this House and you have these long protracted arguments. They are not for nothing. They are not because the Senate wants to be romantic in its dealings today. It is because we are faced with a matter of momentous effect on the country and we want to ensure that everything is done properly. Finally, I want to urge you to nullify the Kisii vote and allow us to vote on this matter."
