    "content": " Mr. Chairman, Sir, I strongly support Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. for the amendment he has moved to delete this Clause. This is the single most dangerous Clause in this law. As we said earlier, this Clause will ignite unhelpful consequences to this country. Plain English, like professor says – when you want to draft a law to strengthen, fortify or expand the application of the law you are dealing with, you start by saying, “subject to this section.” Then you go on to say, “This section applies but the following situations will also apply.” That is why we always say “subject to section this and this.” The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
