    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, mine is just a comment. We have taken too long in the Committee stage. I think we shall have another occasion in the Third Reading. If we proceed this way, we will stay here the whole night. What is the idea? Is it to have everybody speak? People have repeatedly spoken since I came here and they want to continue doing so. Could we vote and then move on? The amendment itself is good, but there is no way we can support that side because time has gone. Thank you."
