    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I seek guidance because when I read this amendment, and I look at the Third Schedule which is on Oath of Secrecy, I do hope that it is. When I read that Oath of Secrecy, it says the Third Schedule to the Election Act, 2011 is amended by inserting the words ‘commissioner for oaths magistrates’ immediately before the words ‘member, secretary, returning officer’. May be I am blind but where do the words ‘member secretary returning officer’ appear in this Third Schedule? The words “member”, “secretary”, “returning officer” do not appear in The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
