We have people here laughing anyhow yet they are not contributing to the fundamental things that we are discussing here but they are just waiting to vote. Sen. Wetangula is our Senate Minority Leader and he deserves respect. In the Standing Orders, Paragraph 87 is about Point of Orders and they must be granted. I protest."
