    "content": "I call upon Government, with all due respect, that the issue of cattle rustling should not be taken lightly. It is a serious issue. If you came from a county that has animals, you would understand what those of us who come from border counties are talking about. Many of you do not understand that I come from the Kuria community. That is the culture that has been there. I want to ask that cattle rustling be named a national disaster in this country."
