    "content": "The only way that some of these issues can be addressed is through awareness. It is important that the public is made aware and funding is provided so that our children can have this information at an early stage. This issue should not be left to teachers alone. We have had initiatives where we have even had some magistrates and senior police officers go to our schools so that they can talk to these children and equally enlighten them about the law, what it provides and what they are supposed to do. All these measures, I believe, have gone a long way towards ensuring that we, at least, prevent the commission of these offences."
