    "content": "In that case, we do not require the nominee of the AFC to go through what we have just proposed. However, if the member appointed to the Board is from the general public, he is not representing Parliament or any Ministry, he will be required to go through this process. So, if for example, in the Ministry of Finance, the National Treasury or Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries were to nominate a member of the Board of the Sugar and Crops Authority, we would not require that person to go through this process.
