    "content": "I would also like to say that there are millions of books printed worldwide but only 1 to the ratio of 7 is made available to people who are blind. The figure comes to 285 million. I am giving figures because 90 per cent of these people live in low income countries. Our country is part of those countries. I do not see any reason why we should not extend that helping hand to people that matter in our country. We should do everything possible to give access so that these people can be better citizens in the society. Who knows? One of the visually impaired might end up in a senior position somewhere and contribute to the wellness of the society."
