    "content": "Thank you Madam Temporary Speaker. I should have contributed first but my comments were overtaken by Sen. Olekina and Sen. Wako. However, I would like to say that Sen. Wetangula had mentioned to the clerks the need to clearly put our titles and attachments. I always find my name lacking the title, “Dr.”, yet I earned my PhD eight years down the line. I have mentioned it several times. I do not know why they do not include it."
