    "content": "I support this Motion fully. I wish as we pass it, as one speaker said, we should not just pass the Motion, but a special budget should be put aside to make sure that as we move on in the next five years, each county in Kenya should have a good referral hospital that can take care of people. Because much has been said, I do not have to over-emphasise this. On behalf of women and on behalf of the marginalised, I support this Motion that we get a good referral hospital in Mombasa, Migori, Kakamega, Busia and all other counties for the welfare of our people."
