    "content": "As I conclude, this Bill is extremely timely, but we should not be in a hurry to pass it to please some people. Let us do the correct thing as a House and let us make sure we go through it with a toothcomb and make sure that when we come to the Committee of the whole House, Members and experts have interacted with it in totality and we make sure we do not leave a loophole on it because the state of the nation lies under the menace of criminals hiding behind cybercrime."
