"content": "Thank you for giving me this opportunity to also give my opinion on this very serious Bill on cybercrime. It is important for people to note that they cannot just read parts of the Constitution which give them the freedoms they want but at the same time not look at the other articles of the Constitution. In the preamble, it is quite obvious that this Constitution was made to protect Kenyans and also to make sure that families and the nation at large are protected. In the bill of rights, Article 28 talks about human dignity. It states: “Every person has inherent dignity and the right to have that dignity respected and protected.” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
