    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I wanted to say something about the manner in which the Cabinet Secretaries (CS) appear before this House to answer questions. I am happy with the move the House Business Committee (HBC) has taken. These are some of the problems we have had to inherit with this Constitution because of the absence of the Executive from Parliament. This is really hurting Parliament in terms of what we want to interrogate and as well do serious oversight of Government. So, as much as the HBC has tried to go a step further, it is time we did more in trying to bring the Executive back to Parliament."
