    "content": "Hon. Speaker, my point of order is this; a Bill on tax laws is very important in this House. I just want to ask whether it is in order for the Majority side to treat this Bill so casually, especially knowing that probably, this Bill may go to the Departmental Committee on Finance and Planning. It would have been proper for the Leader of the Majority Party to delegate the moving of this Bill to the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance and Planning, or even the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee, so that we could have quality moving and seconding."
