    "content": "Let me say something about gender. Gender issues are becoming very important in this country. I support the allocation to this department. When you look at the population figures in this country, it is obvious that we have more women than men. Generally, while gender does not mean sex, women have been disadvantaged over time. Anytime we push for more money to this department, we provide opportunity for our women and daughters to move to the next level. I plead with the Members to support this allocation to this department. By doing so, we will be promoting this country. With those remarks, I support."
