    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I have a lot of respect for my Chairman because I am a Member of that Committee. But I get very worried when I hear the Chair of the BAC, knowing very well that the Constitution and the Standing Orders of this House give this House the mandate to make budgets, change budgets and do whatever they want to do with the Budget saying that we have allocated money and it is an exercise in futility. I get very worried, as a Member of the BAC. So, I would want my Chair to allow other Members to say that, but not him. With those remarks, thank you."
