    "content": "Research is taking notes, so that she can even help us to prioritise teachers who are over 40 years old and they have never been recruited. The Chairperson can also help us to identify teachers who are stuck here at the TSC headquarters. The TSC is conducting delocalisation of teachers. We also want to see that delocalisation affect teachers who are stuck at TSC headquarters. We want them to move out to the regions. We also want to see teachers who are stuck at county headquarters, divisional headquarters and sub county headquarters move to other areas."
