    "content": "We have a crisis in this country. We are talking of the Big Four Agenda, free day secondary education but yet parents pay for it. We do not have teachers. Education is the biggest enabler to the Big Four Agenda. We have 22,000 teachers who are included within the Estimates but no money was allocated. Whether that was by mistake or design, it is something that needs to be corrected. If we do not have those teachers, then the rest of the Budget will not make sense."
