    "content": "Subsequently, Hon. Anthony Oluoch proposed an amendment so that the allocation is compliant with the law and the Committee declined to approve it. He wrote to the Speaker seeking a statement and the Speaker has this afternoon approved a statement which will be given tomorrow afternoon. This Parliament must set a good precedent to other implementation agencies. We cannot fail to implement a law which we pass in this House.
