I want to support this Vote but quickly also point out that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) is currently not properly constituted. I would like to request the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs to make sure that this Commission is well constituted before they go to do boundary delimitation so that they can proceed with the work which Kenyans need to see."
