    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. This is a very sensitive matter. Whether our male or female Members like it or not, we have all focused for a long time on the girl-child. The mothers of the boys have failed not the men because the cry for revelation is now coming to an end. As men we are being told to take our positions. Therefore, we need some of these funds equally utilised for the girl-child and for the boy-child. Until that is done, we will always…We do not like fighting women and we have never fought women.
