Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to to report that a Committee of Supply has considered the Budget Estimates for the Financial Year 2018/2019 and approved the same with amendments and pursuant to the provisions of Article 221(3) of the Constitution of Kenya, Section 39 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, and Standing Orders 240, approves the issuance of a sum of Kshs1,749,561,667,908 from the Consolidated Fund to meet the expenditure during the year ending 30th June 2019 in respect of the Votes as approved in the Schedule and that necessary adjustments be made to Programmes amended in the Committee of Supply."
