    "content": "offer affordable healthcare and effectively look after people. That can be done without this kind of wastage that we are experiencing in the country. Every time we lose somebody who went for treatment oversees, we tend to say that Kenya will try as much as possible to make sure that we have the appropriate facilities to look after our people. I hope that in the death of our colleague, those who are in the health sector will take note that it is not appropriate to see Kenyans going to seek for treatment abroad at this time and age. I love Cuba and its people, but although it is necessary to bring Cuban doctors for the shortfall, at this stage after 50 years of our Independence, we should think about this more seriously. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I hope that in the spirit with which we have condoled with the family, when the time for going to Migori County comes, the whole Senate will show solidarity with the people of the county and the family of the late Sen.
