We have brought this Motion for several reasons. There was a recommendation by the Senate Business Committee which has to be adopted by this Plenary. The recommendation was that we move to Uasin Gishu County from 24th to 28thSeptember, 2018 and hold our sittings there. We need to support that proposal by the Senate Business Committee for several reasons.
