There is a man who used to be a Member of Parliament and hails from the land of Abaluhya known us Martin Shikuku. He used to say he would always speak the truth because God is truth. I want to take up from his mantle. I hear people saying that they cannot name people who are behind this. I am going to name people, with evidence, because it has been reported. This sugar was found, and I have the record--- As a lawyer I know better. I do not care about anybody who wants to threaten my life; I am ready to die. I was hospitalised last week and discharged yesterday. I would have gone the other way. My point here is that there is a man known as Rai. I do not know who he is, but he is an Asian, and I am sorry. I am saying so because a lot of this sugar was found in his warehouse. I hear that this man known as Rai is connected to His Excellency the President of the Republic. Mr. President, please, listen; if you are doing business with Rai disclose it to Kenyans. Otherwise, we will be going round in circles; making commissions---"
