    "content": "I agree with the last part of what the Senate Minority Leader has said but to be factual, when the Senator was speaking, he said – and the Hansard is available – that I hear that Mr. so and so is connected---. The latitude that we enjoy as MPs does not include speculation to that extent. The point is that if such a statement is to be made by a Member here, then he has the obligation to substantiate according to our Standing Orders. Those are our Standing Orders and we cannot look for a shortcut."
