I have a counter proposal although I know the concern of Sen. Kihika is the voting. Would I be in order to propose that we vote and then we continue? Let us talk about sugar because this sugar is no longer sweet. I do not think people should be limited on what they are saying because this is a very important issue. Let us vote and allow Members to say whatever they want to say, for as long as they want to say it."
