    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 16 of the Bill be amended – (a) in sub clause (1) by deleting the words “or affiration” appearing immediately after the words “subscribe to the oath” and substituting therefor the words “or affirmation”; (b) by deleting sub clause (3) and substituting therefor the following new sub clause – (3) Upon taking or subscribing to the oath or affirmation under subsection (1), the County Governor shall sign a certificate of inauguration in the presence of the High Court Judge who conducts the swearing in ceremony under section 15."
