    "content": "A summary of assets currently held by the county government derived from up-to-date assets registers in conformity with the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, the Public Finance Management (County Government) Regulations 2015 and Guidelines issued by the Public Sector Accounting Standards Board; the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and the Public Procurement Regulations 2006. Assets should include those inherited from the defunct local authorities, those transferred from the National Government and those acquired by the county government since 2013 including all assets that have disputes or outstanding unresolved matters."
