    "content": "We should draw up a programme and know that a certain area expects the Senate to be in their region at a particular time. It will also promote the work of the Senate which is to protect county governments and county assemblies across the country. It will not just be a matter of Uasin Gishu County only, but the programme will give us a guarantee that all other regions of this country will have the privilege and right to have the Senate sitting in their regions.
