    "content": "Orders, the document that will finally appropriate funds is the Appropriations Bill, would it be in order if I suggest that at the stage when we are approving the Appropriations Bill, we obey and respect the court order and allocate the correct and required amount to the Political Parties Fund? I say this because I sit on the Budget and Appropriations Committee and I know this matter was brought to us. I want to exonerate the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs because I remember that the Committee recommended that we follow and obey not only the statutes, but also the judgement of the court. I sit on the Budget and Appropriations Committee which did not agree with the recommendation of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. Even against wise counsel from some of us, the majority overruled us and our rules are very clear. If you are in the minority, you are in the minority. Now that none other than the Speaker has ably read this judgement to us as a House, I will only advise that when we will be working on the Appropriations Bill - because that is the final approval for withdrawal of funds from the Consolidated Fund - I urge that the Chair of the Committee looks into this matter so that we comply with the requirements of the law."
