    "content": "I want to agree with you that it is our business to appropriate enough resources to our political parties. The law is very clear. We have been directed by the courts to do so. We have to obey the courts. My Committee is ready to do what we are supposed to do to ensure that these particular funds are allocated to the political parties for purposes of running them effectively. Therefore, this is our business but not that of the National Treasury. I agree that it is the business of the National Treasury to propose the amount of money to be allocated but the decision to amend or confirm it is the business of this House."
