"content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to give a message of condolences on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Kisii County who neighbour Migori County for the loss of our Senator. Cancer is becoming a national disaster and Mheshimiwa Waititu can confirm that. He told me that when he went to India he found a lot of Kenyans suffering from cancer. This House should bring a Bill or Motion that will establish a very competent cancer center in this country so that our people do not have to suffer going to India or America to seek medical treatment which they could receive in this country."
