    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity to pass my condolences on behalf of myself and the people of Seme to the family of the late Sen. Ben Oluoch Okello. He, indeed, was a well-known man and many of us from Luo Nyanza who attended his sessions at Ramogi Radio really know how much he contributed. Most of us here perhaps got elected because of the contributions of Ben Oluoch Okello. If he hosted you on the morning sessions, your ratings obviously went up the following day. For that reason, we have really lost a man. We were expecting him to do a lot more in this House, but it is God’s will that he has gone."
