    "content": "My intention is very clear. Members agreed that we need to adjourn this House and discuss matters related to sugar. We will be doing that at 5.30 p.m., it is already 4.00 p.m. This is of big importance because we have passed the Budget for the Financial Year 2018/2019. We need to move forward discussing this matter and resolve it because we were in agreement. We need to discuss matters of national importance like the sugar business deals and scandals."
