The County Allocation of Revenue Bill, 2018 is very important and I stand to support it. Secondly, we must get good time to speak on it. The Senate where this Bill has originated is taking this matter like a ritual. Something they just do for the sake of it because the Constitution requires of them. However, we must agree that there is a problem in this country."
