    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Petition. It is in order to bring a Petition to Parliament. Once it is brought, it means that there are some aggrieved parties somewhere who require redress to be done. It is in order for Hon. Arati to bring that Petition on behalf of the complainants or petitioners. However, it does not meet the threshold of looking at it because this is a competitive world. We should open up for anybody to come to the market for the services."
