    "content": "I encourage each hon. Member to set aside 1 per cent of the NG-CDF money for planting trees. That is the only way we will increase our forest cover for posterity. Our children and grandchildren will ask us what we did. As someone mentioned, US is a very advanced country but they have forest cover you can refer to. In our country, there is nothing. We just talk and end up doing nothing."
