"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. You have done well to save my breath because I do not think that was a point of order. If our brother had time to look at the Report, Observation 19 clearly says that the suspension of the KFS senior managers was done illegally and unprocedurally by the Chairman of the KFS Board. Even with the purported suspension, the managers were not accorded an opportunity to be heard. That is what necessitated the recommendation. Under Recommendation No.22, we recommended that the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) should investigate the immediate former KFS Board Chairperson for possible conflict of interest.
