    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, unless I am reading this Motion wrongly, Hon. Mishi Mboko is attempting to push this House to pass exclusive schools for children with special needs in every constituency. In every constituency, we have a special needs primary and secondary school. The Act we passed was integrating special needs children into existing mainstream primary or secondary schools. As the Member for Runyenjes, I have put up special classes in most of the primary schools for children with special needs. I made sure that there is infrastructure that enables them to be part of the mainstream primary schools."
