Kareke Mbiuki. I happen to be a Member of that Committee. We rely on the Cabinet Secretary to give directions. It is very unfortunate when the public relies on the National Assembly to get relief on public forest, yet the Cabinet Secretary is very arrogant. He does not consider Parliament as an institution. Koros to the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock while the National Irrigation Board (NIB) is under the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation. So, I think it is the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources. view
