However, this Bill, as it is currently, I will oppose it for the reasons I have given. In order for this Bill to go through, we need to dialogue. My colleagues will raise other issues.   • 26 Apr 2006 in National Assembly: I am, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I would like to thank the Minister for that good Ministerial Statement he has given us. However, I would like to add one point. Apart from what Mr. Musila has said that Radio Citizen or M/s Royal Media Services has been given a lot of frequencies which I doubt whether they pay for, I would like to request the Government through the Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK) to cancel all those frequencies.
