Nevertheless, when will he ensure that all transformer service processing, collection centre and market are upgraded to three phases to enable sufficiency in power supply to this institution? Secondly, what measures has he taken to ensure individual groups and organizations wishing to exploit other suitable sources of green energy are not hampered? This will reduce over-dependence on hydro-power. view
