We have no doubt that she will deliver. Coming from the pastoralist community, it is a great milestone to have the First Chairperson of the Speaker’s Panel as a lady, a pastoralist and a brilliant young lawyer who will deliver. If you remember, in the last Parliament we also had Joyce Laboso. Through that platform, today, she is the Governor of Bomet.
