  • 1 Dec 2021 in National Assembly: number of the people who have been vaccinated daily. We are encouraging Kenyans to present themselves to health facilities to be vaccinated. There is the cash transfer programme for the elderly. It is a plus to us. It is a unique exercise that is improving humanity. It is helping the elderly to meet their day-to-day basic needs. This is not something that is easy to execute in many countries.
