There is a health centre in my constituency which was awarded Kshs3.9 million, for the implementation of the REP. So far, nothing is happening. When I called the Ministry, I was referred to its offices in Kisumu. When I called the Kisumu office, I was told that the person I was supposed to speak to was out in the field and, therefore, I did not find any assistance.
